Fam Bogers 1950's Scheveningen

Looking for any information re the Bogers family who had a bakery in Scheveningen 1950's - some of the sons were called Martinus ( Pertus)  , Rinus , Jan - other names unknown - there were two daughters  - one died early adulthood  - again names unknown
Martinus Petrus Bogers (dob 11/12/1910) married Johanna Hagel (dob 19/7/1909) and set up a bakery in the Kompasstraat , had two daughters Elly and Sonja and migrated to Australia 1954.

I can provide details re their lives  to anyone who is interested but I am seeking info re the rest of the Bogers family

Hi Sonja, I was surprised to see somebody looking for the Family Bogers. I don’t believe the name is originally coming from Scheveningen. The only time I heard that name was from the bakery around the corner. I remember the bakery was located at the corner of the Stevinstraat and the Middelburgsestraat. I lived there from 57 to 66 and we used to buy bread there. They had really top quality stuff there. As a young kid my parents only allow me to play in this block. I remember there was a waffle bakery in the Middelburgsestraat and we (my friends and I) used to ask for "broken waffles". Of course the taste was not broken.  I can ask my parents if they can tell me more about the family Bogers and let you now asap

achteraan de kompasstraat, dus tussen de vuurbaakstraat en de hoekerstraat was ook een bakkerij.
misschien was het een bogers-filiaal, dat weet ik niet meer.
de naam bogers komt me erg bekend voor, maar niet van de stevinstraat.
wellicht was die kompasstraat-bakker dus een filiaal van "stevinstraat".
het brood betrokken ze bij arnoud van de rhee. ik weet dat, omdat ik vakantie-broodbakker en broodrijder was. en ook nog brood-inpakker met van die levensgevaarlijke snij- en seal-apparaten, waarvoor een arbowet-medewerker de tent vandaag-de-dag onmiddellijk zou sluiten.
in de kerklaan stond ook een bakkerij (mulder?) en volgens mij geleid door ene bogers, al weet ik ook dat niet meer zo zeker.
't is al weer zó lang geleden!

Hi everyone
I just found all your responses to my request for information about the Bogers family in Scheveningen - many thanks to you all
Sorry for the delay in answering  but I had  trouble navigating around this program due to my limited  Dutch language skills
I think the Bogers family come from Zuid Holland originally
Based on some recent  research I  managed to find out that an Oderwijk  Bogers married a Petronella De Groot and set up a bakery in the township of Scheveningen (address/street unknown )
Oderwijk and Petronella were staunch Catholics.and  had about 6 or 7  children .Once the sons  were old enough they were set to work in their father's bakery .
One of these  boys was Martinus Petrus Bogers ( my father ) who spoke about growing up in his father's bakery , sleeping above the ovens in order to keep warm ,baking bread most of the day and  then having to deliver bread from house to house on a pushbike laden down with a huge basket  full of bread whilst pedalling hard against the fierce icy wind ( around 1930 to 1935 and pre war ) 
Martinus Bogers  married Johanna Hagel and set up a shop & bakery at 147 Kompasstraat after the war - they sold this business in 1954 and migrated to Australia  - Martinus Bogers died 1988 in Melbourne Oz
To the best of my knowledge there were only two bakeries run by the Bogers family in Scheveningen One was the business  started by Oderwijk and later taken over by one of his sons Jan Bogers and then the business started by Martinus in the Kompasstraat .
When I was about 3 yrs of age I accompanied my father in his visits to other bakers in the local area
As noted " it was all so long ago " and I have no recall of who and where these bakeries were but I have very fond memories of growing up in Scheveningen

wel erg laat maar ik wil even melden dat eer in de 50 en 60 er jaren ook een bakker bogers zat in de van Tuyllstraat

in de van tuijlstraat zaten twee winkels te weten v d kroft melkboer en de gruijter meer niet ik woonde toen in de straat dus er was geen bakker groet

Beste spienet,ik weet niet hoe oud jij bent,maar Bogers de bakker zat echt in de van Tuyllstraat,schuin t.o van der krofft,en zijn dochter was getrouwd mar eddy bell. groetjes

er was wel degenlijk een bakker
 heb de huidige bewooner gesproken
en geen de gruyter maar een spar

rinus toen ik er woonde 1945 was er geen!!!!!!!!!! bakker een de gruijter zat op de hoek van de renbaan straat en aan de overkant de melkboer  maar daar mee is dat engelse meisje niet geholpen we dwalen af groet henk

beste mensen er was wel degelijk een bakker Bogers,en om jullie geheugen nog een beetje op te frissen,een van de laatste chefs bij de spar op de hoek was Teun Zoutebier,zoon van Teun uit de Katwijkstraat,ouwe Teun was schoenmaker en had een groot gezin.
